I just upload my Visio diagrams and flowcharts to either SharePoint or OneDrive for Business and edit them in my browser. So, when I’m away from the office I can still use it to design, create, edit and share diagrams and flowcharts online. Have you heard about Visio Online ? Microsoft Visio 2016 Viewer lets you view Visio drawings inside your Microsoft Internet Explorer Web browser. I can even create my own shapes and import them if I want. Visio provides all the tools and functions I need and comes with a wide variety of built-in shapes, stencils, and objects. Now my diagrams can be as simple or complicated as I want. I really didn’t know much about Visio until a colleague told me about it.
